Basic Bikini Wax - Quick, easy, and basic! A good option if you want a natural look. The basic bikini wax removes hair from outside the bikini line (about 3 fingers width) and a little off the top (two fingers width).

Modified Brazilian (aka French bikini) - This option removes more hair than the Basic Bikini Wax, but less than the Brazilian Wax. The bikini line is further in without any hair removed from the labia. Everything else goes, and taking off the backside is optional.

Brazilian Wax - "No hair, don’t care!" The Brazilian Wax removes all of the hair, everywhere. Front, back, sides, and top ... unless you prefer to leave a landing strip or triangle at the top.

Since service times vary for the different bikini waxing options, it's important that you book the service that most accurately describes your preferences, so that we have ample time to comfortably complete your service. That being said, we'll always do our best to accomodate last-minute requests, but that may not always be possible depending on the schedule.

Prep the skin by exfoliating in between appointments. Use a gentle loofah, scrub, or chemical exfoliant - like salicylic acid. Exfoliating helps to slough off the dead skin cells, unclog the pores, and will help ensure effective removal.

Note: Make sure to not exfoliate the day before and the same day of your appointment. The best time for exfoliation is 48 hours after waxing, and up until 2 days before your next appointment.

Shaving in between appointments is a big NO. Shaving strengthens the hair follicle which causes the hair to become more coarse and dense over time, resulting in a more painful waxing experience. It also throws the hair growth cycle out of whack, meaning when you do get waxed, not all of the hair will necessarily come out because it won’t all be the same length.

We completely understand why you would feel a little uneasy - but remember, we are trained professionals and this is what we do for a living. We like to say, “We don’t even see naked anymore.” Totally true.

If you’re worried about the pain, remember that consistency is the key for a less painful waxing experience. It will take about 3 waxings, spaced every 4-6 weeks, to fully enjoy the benefits of waxing. For example, the first wax might hurt a bit, but the second is way easier, and with each waxing it will become more comfortable and the results will last longer - as long as you’re consistent and not shaving between appointments.

Yes-ish...but it doesn’t happen overnight and you have to be very consistent with your waxing. Meaning, your hair growth will likely not slow down if you only get waxed once or twice a year. With that said, this doesn’t happen for everyone, but it will happen for a lot of people if they are diligent.

We typically recommend every 4-6 weeks. Sort of like a haircut.

No. If you’ve been in the sun within 5 days of your waxing appointment, then you need to reschedule. Tanning/burning increases the risk of your skin lifting during waxing, and we certainly don't want that to happen.

At least 4 days prior to your appointment.

24-48 hours after your appointment avoid: extreme temperatures - hot water, saunas, friction, sweating, tight clothing, and sun exposure/tanning.

Unfortunately, sometimes this happens. It could be from a number of reasons:

• Are you using any type of topical exfoliants such as retinol, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), etc.?

• Have you been in the sun?

This is a tricky question! Yes, we certainly wax men's brows, nostrils, and ears. However, we do not perform men's facial waxing on the moustache, beard, chin, jawline, or neck. This is due to the highly increased risk of developing uncomfortable and painful ingrown hairs, since the hair follicles in those areas grow hair that is definitively more coarse and texturized as compared to women.
