Return Policy

​

Services:

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you weren't pleased with your service, please contact us at info@skinqchicago.com and one of our team members will respond within 1 business day.

 

Products:

Returns of both unused and used products, in original packaging, made within 30 days of purchase may be credited back to the original purchasing card or provided as a Gift Card which can be used either in-store, online, or for services. Returns of unused products will be credited back in full, and returns of used products will be credited back less a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt and funds may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. Please note that orders of 5 or more units of the same item are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy helps us maintain fair inventory levels and pricing for all customers. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

​We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when sending items back to us. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To ensure your return reaches us safely, please use a trackable shipping service and consider adding insurance for extra protection.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They also cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

If you are visiting one of our studio locations, please be aware that we are a cashless business. We accept all major credit cards, as well as digital payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.​

Cancellation Policy

​

For in-person appointments at any of our studio locations, should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid incurring the full service fee. Cancellation/no-show fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Group Appointments

​

For groups of 3 or more, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the appointments. In addition, for group appointments of 3 or more, we require 48 hours advance notice of any changes, adjustments, or cancellations to the group appointment. Without being provided sufficient advance notice, the group may be charged the full service charge of the originally booked appointment(s).
